The challenge

The subsurface team had to migrate from reporting from Spotfire to Power BI as the enterprise BI standard. The Production & Reservoir Engineers soon faced with performance issues and required a platform that could support their complex needs.

The solution

Assessed the data and analytics demands of the subsurface group and architected a data platform built on Azure and Databricks. Our team migrated 30 Spotfire reports to Power BI and tuned the architecture to deliver performance with scalability.
